GENERAL BOOKING POLICY INFORMATION
In the interest of all patrons, latecomers will not be seated and any persons leaving the performance will not be seated until a suitable break (if applicable). Management does not accept responsibility for the inconvenience and can make no adjustment on account of it.
The use of cameras, recording equipment, pagers and cellular phones is prohibited during the performance.
Artists and programming are current at time of sale and are subject to change.
Unless explicitly included in the production description, Food and Beverage items, projectiles and other prohibited substances are not permitted during the performance.
Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment of willingness to appear in photographs, motion pictures and videos taken in public areas of the venue and releases the Theatre, its lessees and all others from liability resulting from use of such photographs, motion pictures and/or videos.
By ordering a ticket to an event, you are consenting to Talk Is Free Theatre may send promotional information to you unless you elect otherwise in your account.
All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Subject to availability, regular tickets can be exchanged for another performance or a credit obtained by notifying the box office at least 48 hours prior to the original performance date. A fee of $10 per ticket will apply. Producer’s Circle members and 4-ticket pass holders may exchange tickets at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
CAMP AND CLASS REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds issued if a camper misses one or all days of camp. TIFT does not issue refunds after tuition has been received. If a camper cannot make it to the week of programming for medical reasons after signing up, the camper may receive a credit note for any of the summer day camps (upon presentation of medical note).
